1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7gane ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7gane website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 7gane platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference — including the 7gane Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 7gane platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of this Agreement as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 7gane platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 7gane or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 7gane or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

7gane reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 7gane platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid and active email address that you own and control
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your date of birth
• Your current residential address in the Philippines

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 7gane will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify 7gane immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team via live chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7gane are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 7gane's sole discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• 7gane does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• 7gane reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to banking cut-off times.
• 7gane reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal, including requesting identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds declarations.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method not registered under your verified account name.
• Any balance derived from bonus funds that has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.

7gane operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7gane may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 7gane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 7gane platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on verified audit data.

Each game on 7gane is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. 7gane accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in 7gane's server logs shall be the definitive outcome.
• Winnings resulting from a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, software bugs, or human error — are void and will not be paid out. 7gane reserves the right to correct any such error and adjust account balances accordingly.
• Players must not exploit any software vulnerability, glitch, or error. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and subject to recovery.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7gane platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or system used by 7gane
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 7gane staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 7gane account

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7gane platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7gane or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7gane platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 7gane.

The 7gane name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7gane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

7gane's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 7gane platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Services.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data

7gane collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 7gane cannot guarantee absolute data security.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 7gane, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team via live chat.

11. Responsible Gaming

7gane is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in alignment with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

7gane reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or identity verification requests
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of software errors
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider
• Abusive conduct toward platform staff or other players
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Upon account closure for cause, 7gane reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

7gane reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 7gane platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7gane, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Our team will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7gane from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
